Building on Ormiston Academies Trusts’ extensive experience and reputation in teacher development, Ormiston Teacher Training partners with the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) to offer an immersive and holistic school-centred initial teacher training (SCITT) programme that places aspiring teachers in classrooms from the start of their career.

Supported by dedicated mentors and weekly core training from the Ormiston Teacher Training teams, aspiring teachers are able to grow and hone their knowledge, confidence, and skill in the classroom across our four training campuses located in the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
